Most people have a strong reaction to pink either love or hate. For this reason, it is a very courageous decision to choose this color in the decor.

The pink color is usually considered appropriate for girls’ bedrooms or adolescents, and rarely occurs to us to decorate one room of the house in this color. It is associated with the feminine and delicate, but men need not feel bad in a place like this. It depends on our ingenuity to achieving a suitable decoration for both male and female energies.

Keep in mind that the color pink can be used either to decorate the dining room. It is perceived as romantic, upbeat and festive, and they are excellent moods can be invoked in any food through the pink decor.

A long fabric curtain made of fine white runs along the back wall of the main chair to add softness to this room. A corner sofa and a rug completes this would optimize space.

A classic leather and wood sofa and a sideboard gives this ’70s style lounge quite easy.

A comfortable sofa bed can be a strategy for watching TV comfortably. The space is maximized. A few prints have added interest to the wall with great simplicity.

Mix and match designs and colors from the sofa and rugs can create a comfortable and sophisticated.

Combining texture is one of the tricks to beautify a room or any room in the house. In this case we have combined leather, artificial leather, wood and metal, making a space full of visual interest.

A room full of interesting items, collected over the years: mirrors, ornaments and fabrics have a personal story. This type of custom decor is often one of the most interesting and exciting for visitors.

Another lounge whose decor is based on items collected over the years as in the example above. This mix of ultra modern and vintage elements of the 20’s created a unique decoration.

How to make a room look larger? If we have a few square meters, we manage some tricks to make the most of small spaces. For this we need tools such as color, furniture and appropriate storage solutions. Color is a powerful tool in this case we used a dark color for the entryway so as to accentuate the brightness in an adjacent room, so much larger display.

Many people mistakenly believe that more space is obtained by arranging things against the walls. From Rio de Janeiro at the Santa Teresa in Rio this project comes from a family home architecture. Designed by the firm (SPBR Architects), which from what I’ve known of these projects tend to follow a line of very similar design but with unique differences that make each of their designs.

As we will see by looking at pictures of this home, your design can be quickly summarized in two broad pavilhonares and perpendicular to each other. The largest block is found dimiensiones located at heights above, is the part that gives access to housing and is where the daily life takes place, looking for kitchen space, dining room, great room, garage, terrace, barbecue and pool area .

At the bottom are the sleeping area, home to 5 bedrooms (1 of them with large closet space and bathroom), three bathrooms, and an area called the desk for work and space for reading. This area located at a lower level of the floor is elevated about 2.5 meters running across the bottom as porch and giving vent to a large patio area surrounded by lawns and paved with gravel.

The external finishes of the residence are mostly of concrete, wood and glazed areas, all chosen with a taste worthy of a designer who knows what he is doing and knowing what you are looking for when these three composite materials.
To further emphasize and highlight the architecture, the house is surrounded by greenery and trees, giving a sensation of greater and better integration, since in this case to integrate a house of this size is no easy task.

With respect to its interior, is built in a minimalist way, with large spaces and few details, giving a sensation of spaciousness and tranquility. Well I must say that what is sensed by the architect wanted to build a house of contemporary design but with little clear juvenile features.

This blue and white bedroom has its focal point in the striped rug that plays with the pillows on the bed also scratched. The old bed, the spider and the cabinet at the foot of the bed give it a vintage touch to this eclectic bedroom.
